5 Free Beauty Secrets Tips For Dry Skin

Looking for dry skin beauty tips? Your skin not only forms a protective barrier for the whole body, it is also a true, glowing reflection of good health and well-being.

# Tip 1: Adequate Hydration

Make sure you remember to drink plenty of water everyday.

Don't wait till you feel thirsty, to gulp that glass of water. The importance of water in maintaining that glowing skin cannot be over-emphasized. Water helps to flush out the toxins from the system, and prevents the skin from becoming dry. Fluids such as coffee, tea etc, cannot count as a substitute for water; in fact, some of these, such as coffee, are diuretics.

# Tip 2: Rose water

Rose water, with its three-in-one action of cleansing, moisturizing and toning, saves you valuable time and effort to care for your drying skin.

This eliminates the trouble and time spend going through the routine of separately cleansing, applying moisturizer, and an astringent to tone your skin. It gives you that instant, cool refreshing feeling, when just a few drops are applied, by gently patting onto your face.

# Tip 3: De-stress and Sleep

Here's one of my favorite dry skin beauty tips ― sleep :)

Restful, deep sleep is nature’s way of tissue repair and rejuvenation, and this hold true for your skin too. Making sure you get adequate, undisturbed sleep. Good sleep, along with some simple deep breathing exercises can work wonders for your skin, nourishing it from deep within, at a cellular level.

# Tip 4: Exfoliation

Exfoliate your skin at least once a week. Use a scrub like walnut or almond, not just on your face, but also on your whole body removes the dead skin cells. This allows your skin to breathe, making it soft and fresh.

Followed the exfoliation process with the application of a good aloe vera moisturizing lotion to hydrate your skin. Your skin will feel soft and silky soon after.

# Tip 5: Diet rich in anti-oxidants

A diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables is next in importance only to water, in maintaining age-defying, radiant skin. Consuming a diet with enough anti-oxidants, such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, like carrots, oranges etc, helps prevent premature ageing of the skin. Apply these dry skin beauty tips daily and see your skin glow.
